Upfront Rubbish Removal

The crew that writes it down first

The ethic is in the name. Before a single thing goes on the truck, you have the figure and the plan on paper: what's going, how it's getting out, what it costs, all of it. That's the whole pitch, and we're happy for it to be.

Plenty of trucks will quote you a starting price and finish somewhere else. We'd rather name one true figure, in writing, and be held to it.

Two kinds of suburb, one crew

Gladesville splits about evenly between apartments and houses, and the work splits with it. One booking is a third-floor unit against a bond deadline: lift booked with the building manager, dock window held, common areas protected, everything out before the final inspection. The next is a brick house up on the ridge where the garage hasn't closed properly since the Howard years.

Most operators are set up for one of those jobs and tolerate the other. We built the crew around doing both properly, because here they're the same afternoon: the trolley, straps and floor protection for the buildings; the patience, side-path legwork and honest looking for the houses.

And because Victoria Road is the one real road on and off this peninsula, we plan around its peak and keep each day's jobs close. Less time in traffic is more time carrying, and it's why we stay inside the run sheet you'll find on the areas page instead of promising all of Sydney.

What we promise

  • The figure in writing, before we lift a thing. One fixed price for the whole job: lifting, loading, tip fees, the sweep. If the load is bigger than described, we re-quote before we keep going, never after.
  • A straight answer about the free option. City of Ryde runs five free cleanup collections a year. If your job fits it, we'll say so and you can save your money. We wrote the comparison down.
  • Same-day where we can, and honesty when we can't. No promised clock. If today isn't doable we'll tell you the day that is.
  • Swept on the way out. The space the pile stood in gets left clean. It's part of the job, not a favour.
  • A straight no where the law needs one. Asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles and clinical waste go to licensed specialists. We'll say so and point you at the right people. Fridges, TVs and e-waste come off the general pile and go the regulated route.
If a job's wrong for us, the most useful thing we can do is say so before you've wasted a morning on it.

How to reach us

Send the job through the enquiry form, with a phone photo of the pile if you can manage one. It goes straight to the crew, and we ring you back on the number you leave, talk the job through, and set your fixed price in writing.

Not sure how big the job even is? The quote sheet will read it back to you in plain words in about a minute.

A straight answer costs nothing

Tell us what needs to go and where it is. We come back with a plan and a fixed price, in writing, and nothing gets lifted until you have agreed it.
