How to read this site

A business built on the written quote shouldn't bury anything in fine print. So here it is at full size: what the pictures are, what the tools do, and why the only figure that matters isn't on this website at all.

The pictures

The imagery is illustrative

The photos and illustrations on this site were generated with AI tools. They show the kind of work honestly, the crew, the truck, the pad, the cleared garage, but they're not photographs of a specific job, a specific street or a customer's home. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. The one thing on this site that will always be exactly real is the figure we write for your job, and that gets written on paper, not here.

The quote sheet is a conversation, not a quote

The quote sheet walks you through the job the way we would at your door: unit or house, which floor, how the access runs, where the load sits. What it reads back is a plain-language sense of the job's size and the plan the crew would run. What it will never read back is a price. That's deliberate, not a missing feature: a fixed figure named without looking at the load is a guess, and guesses grow. The sheet's output is general guidance to help the phone conversation start well. It isn't a quote, a booking, a certification or professional advice, and nothing on it binds anyone until the real figure is agreed in writing.

No prices live on this site

You won't find a dollar figure anywhere here, and that's the ethic working as intended. Every job gets one fixed price, set by looking at the actual load, written down and agreed before anything is lifted. A number typed onto a webpage before we've seen your garage would be the opposite of that promise.

The guides are general information

The guides, service pages and area pages describe how this work goes in Gladesville and across the Ryde peninsula: Ryde, Hunters Hill, Putney, Huntleys Cove, Chiswick, East Ryde and Tennyson Point, both sides of Victoria Road. They're written carefully and kept honest, but they're general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Council programs in particular change on the council's schedule, not ours: check the City of Ryde's own pages before relying on cleanup dates, booking limits or load rules.

What we'll say no to

Asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles and clinical waste need a licensed specialist, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to carry them. If your job involves any of these, we'll say so and point you at the right people. Fridges, televisions and e-waste come off the general pile and go the regulated route to licensed facilities.

The short version: the pictures illustrate, the tools guide, the guides inform, and the only number that counts is the one written down in front of you, after we've looked at the load.
