What we write down about you

A business that puts the price in writing should put this in writing too. Here's everything the site collects, why, and how to have it ruled off the pad. It fits on one page because there isn't much of it.

The pad

What the enquiry form collects

The form on the enquiry page is the only thing on this site that takes your details. It asks for:

  • Your name and phone number, so a real person can ring you back about the job.
  • Your email, only if you choose to leave one.
  • Your suburb and the kind of job, so the quote conversation starts in the right place.
  • Whatever you write about the load, in your own words.
  • Photos of the pile, if you attach any. They're used to size the job and for nothing else.

That's the whole list. There is no account to create, no newsletter to be quietly signed up to, and nothing collected in the background while you read.

Why we collect it and where it goes

One reason: so your job can be quoted and done. We collect your enquiry so we can respond, and we may share it with a suitable local rubbish-removal provider to service your request. Your details are not sold, not traded, and not added to any marketing list. When the enquiry is dealt with, its usefulness is over, and so is ours for your details.

What this site doesn't do

  • No analytics or tracking scripts. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing watching how you read.
  • No marketing cookies. Which is why there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.
  • No CAPTCHA puzzles. The form's only defence against bots is a hidden field that a person never sees or fills in. If a machine fills it, the submission is binned. You'll never be asked to click on traffic lights.
  • No newsletter, no follow-up campaigns. One enquiry gets you one conversation about one job.

Asking what's on the pad

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed? Send a note through the enquiry form saying so, with the name and phone number you originally used so we can find the right entry. We'll tell you what's there, or rule a line through it, and confirm on the number you leave.

The short version: we write down what you send us, we use it to quote and do your job, we may pass it to a suitable local provider to get that job done, and that's the end of it.

A straight answer costs nothing

Tell us what needs to go and where it is. We come back with a plan and a fixed price, in writing, and nothing gets lifted until you have agreed it.

Get your price in writing

Your enquiry goes straight to the crew, and we ring you back on the number you leave.
